The online entry deadline is Thursday, June 18, 2026. The Meet Director
reserves the right to modify the entry deadline once the meet reaches its capacity.

Day of meet entries will not be accepted.

The meet shall be limited to 850 athletes. Athletes 12 & under are limited to three events including relays. Athletes 13 & up are limited to four events including relays.

The entry fee is $20.00 per athlete.
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and should be paid online prior to event.

Day of meet entries/changes will not be accepted.

A packet for coaches will be available at check-in. A coach or team representative is responsible for packet pick-up.

Admission fee is $10.00.
Children age 5 and under are free.

Meet management reserves the right to combine divisions and heats for a single race where numbers allow or to aid in the meet efficiency. Separate awards will be presented. All events are contested as finals. Events will be contest youngest to oldest, girls then boys unless otherwise noted.

All Events:
Medals 1st and 2nd and 3rd places.

Concessions will be available within the stadium. A food truck serving hot food will be available just outside the fence next to the ticket window on the southwest parking lot.
