| Entry Deatline | The online entry deadline is Thursday, June 18th, at 11:59 pm. Day of meet entries will not be accepted. |
| Entry Limits | Athletes 12 & under are limited to three(3) events including relays. Athletes 13 & up are limited to four(4) events including relays. Meet will be capped at 850 total athletes. |
| Entry Fee | The entry fee is $25.00 per athlete up to four(4) events. |
| Rules | In accordance with USA Track and Field rules. |
| Changes | Day of meet entries/changes will not be accepted. |
| Check-in | A packet for coaches will be available at check-in. A coach or team representative is responsible for packet pick-up. |
| Admission | $10.00 for adults. |
| Competitition | Meet management reserves the right to combine divisions and heats for a single race where numbers allow. Separate awards will be presented. All events are contested as finals. Events will be contest younger to older, girls then boys unless otherwise noted. |
| Awards | All Events: Medals 1st-3rd (Each Team will designate a coach to receive all awards at the conclusion of the meet; Unattached athletes can pick up awards after the completion of all their events.) |
