Due to the storm and the continued rain which has caused train disruptions and traffic issues, we will be canceling practice for both Bolingbrook and Timothy Christian for today. Athletes should plan for a 20–45 minute home workout focusing on bodyweight strength (planks, push-ups, squats, etc.) to stay on track with their training.
